Residencial

The residential retreats take place over a full week and include accommodation and meals. As regards the intensive Kalarippayattu residential trainings, the programme covers all the themes I address in my Teachings, with the exception of “fusions” with other practices. However, it is always possible to build custom residentials focused on a specific theme. These can be organised in the Parc des Volcans d’Auvergne (63) or closer to you in France or Europe (teaching available in French / English / Italian).

I also offer well-being residential retreats organised on request, which, in addition to Kalarippayattu adapted to the public, consist of meditative practices, Yoga, hikes, guided visits to historical sites and natural places around the Sancy massif (63), and can be enhanced with various discovery sessions such as astronomy / astrology, geobiology, aromatherapy and many others according to expectations and by calling upon specialised practitioners in the region.

In 2026, I have the pleasure of collaborating with the Association Respiration & Mouvement based in the thermal spa town of La Bourboule (63), which gives us access to a very fine practice space (multi-purpose hall / Dojo / changing rooms / showers), as well as high-quality catering at the Café de la Poste.
