Do you want to learn Kalari ? Choose the format that suits you best :

Private lessons : this is the most effective way to learn Kalari and to explore other practices and tools Oli can share with you. Under the constant supervision of your teacher, you will learn at your own rhythm and receive personalised advice. This is also the most appropriate format if you are not only looking for body conditioning,but also for a support to health and mind issues.

→ Workshop/ Retreat : do you have a place where you would like to host original event? Do you already have students and would like to introduce them to a complementary practice? Contact us to design a tailored workshop (half a day / full week-end) or retreat (one week duration).

Workshops are the best platform to discover our practice or to dive deeper into a specific aspect of our art. We also organise advanced workshops for practitioners who are already familiar with Kalari.

Retreats offers a dedicated space for intensive studying. After giving several kalari retreats, I realised that this format allow me to cover the one year program of a weekly class in one week. It is probably the best way to learn Kalari, especially for wanna-be teachers.

→ Regular Classes : are you looking for a regular practice to keep in good shape? Weekly classes will fulfill your expectations. Weekly classes are currently available in France (Clermont-Ferrand) with teacher and Oli’s student Mathieu Basque. More info : Akapé
